MotionResalez provides: Vendor Lists, Digital Products, Reseller Courses, Educational Materials, Consultations, and Physical Products (when applicable). All products are intended for informational and educational purposes.

MotionResalez reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be granted for: change of mind; failure to use information provided; lack of effort or results; misunderstanding of product descriptions; digital products already delivered. Approved refunds may take 3-10 business days to process.

MotionResalez does not guarantee sales, profit, business success, or specific earnings. Results vary based on effort, market conditions, experience, and numerous other factors. Any earnings examples, testimonials, or success stories are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee future results.

Vendor lists are provided as informational resources. MotionResalez is not responsible for: vendor actions, product quality, shipping delays, inventory availability, pricing changes, or supplier disputes. Customers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making purchases from any supplier.

MotionResalez reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, cancel orders, deny future purchases, or block access to services — at any time and for any reason deemed necessary.

By making a purchase, customers agree to contact MotionResalez first regarding any concerns. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in: permanent service refusal; collection efforts where permitted by law; submission of supporting documentation to payment processors.

All vendor lists, course materials, guides, PDFs, graphics, and educational content remain the property of MotionResalez. Customers may not resell, share, redistribute, copy, or upload publicly without written permission.

MotionResalez shall not be liable for: business losses, lost profits, vendor disputes, shipping issues, product defects, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of products and services is at the customer's own risk.

Customers agree not to: harass staff, threaten staff, abuse refund policies, engage in fraudulent activity, or misrepresent MotionResalez products or services. Violation may result in immediate termination of services.
